  1. So great to see this Adrienne.. i wanted to suggest 100 Days of Real Food both the blog and cookbook as a resource for people in addition to what you are offering. Also, as a Health Coach, I teach people of all ages and abilities to dejunk their diets by “crowding out” the “bad”..adding in the good. Perhaps we can team up in the future and get me back to Buffalo, at least for a long visit!
